About Peter
Peter’s career spans over four decades at the intersection of advanced technology and institutional strategy. A former consultant at Roland Berger and Managing Director of multiple high-tech enterprises, he brings deep expertise in operational leadership, complex product development, and corporate restructuring.
As the founder of CADIX GmbH, Peter was an early pioneer in specialized software solutions, particularly in machine-readable area codes (PDF417) for industrial and defense-related applications. Acting as a value-added reseller for Symbol Technologies, he developed interface and system solutions for major organizations including Wacker Chemie, Tengelmann, and HP (formerly Digital Equipment/Compaq), supporting the maintenance and operation of complex, mission-critical hardware environments—from industrial systems to military-grade infrastructure.
A significant career highlight includes the development of digital soldier IDs featuring medical emergency data for disaster relief and military preparedness during the Iraq War—a project requiring the highest level of structural precision and data integrity.
Over the course of his career, Peter has led and contributed to a wide range of M&A, venture, and large-scale international projects, including infrastructure and renewable energy initiatives, with individual project volumes exceeding $350 million. His core strength lies in translating deep technological complexity into structures that meet institutional investment standards.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from LMU Munich (Dipl.-Kfm.) and an MBA from the renowned Wharton School in Pennsylvania, USA.
